FINDING ‘THE ONE’
There are so many options for backsplash tile, it can be overwhelming honing in on THE ONE.
Start out looking at kitchen spaces for inspiration via Pinterest and magazines. Once you have a good collection (about 15), go through each to see if there is a common thread. Are you gravitating towards a certain style and/or color? Is it subway or glass or metal?
Once you can pinpoint what you like, then determine the size that would be the best proportion for your space. Decide on a color range. Do you prefer classic white or would a tile with varying shades of blue be best?
After you have the overall idea for the type of tile that fits your style + kitchen aesthetic, the search begins to find the perfect tile for your backsplash. Check out online sources + tile shops in your neck of the woods.
